- Personal Identity: Name, Email Address, Mobile Number, Government ID (Aadhaar/PAN for verification only), and Date of Birth.
- Professional Data (Sensitive): Educational Certificates, Nursing Council Registration Number, Resume/CV, Work History, and Skill sets (e.g., ICU, ER).
- Facility Data (Hospitals): Hospital registration details, HR contact information, and billing addresses.
- Geolocation Data: Location preferences and exact GPS location (only when actively using the "Live Duty" feature) to suggest nearby hospital shifts.
- Device & Tracking Data: IP Address, Browser type, Device ID, and Session Cookies for security, push notifications, and fraud prevention.
3. How We Use Your Data
We do not sell your personal data to third-party ad agencies. Your information is strictly used for:
- Matchmaking: Connecting Nurses with Hospitals based on skills, availability, and real-time GPS location.
- Verification: Ensuring that all users (hospitals and professionals) on the platform are legitimate and medically certified.
- Communications: Sending push notifications and emails regarding job applications, interview calls, or shift confirmations.
- Legal Compliance: Cooperating with law enforcement in case of medical fraud or malpractice investigations.
4. Data Sharing & Disclosure
Your data is highly protected and shared only in the following scenarios:
- With Verified Hospitals: Your Resume, Name, and Contact details are shared only after you explicitly apply for a job or accept a Live Duty request. Before that, your profile remains completely protected and anonymous.
- With Service Providers: We share limited data with trusted third-party vendors solely for background verification and SMS/email delivery.
- Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by a court order or government authority under Indian law.
5. Data Security & Storage
We employ industry-standard security practices, including SSL encryption (HTTPS) for data transmission and secure database storage. Access to sensitive data is restricted to authorized personnel only. However, no digital platform is 100% immune to cyber-attacks; users acknowledge this inherent risk.
6. Your Rights & Control
You have full control over your data on SkillNurse:
- Access & Edit: You can view and edit your profile data at any time via your Dashboard settings.
- Delete Account: You may request permanent account deletion. Upon deletion, your personal identifiers, history, and uploaded documents are permanently wiped from our active systems (retaining only minimal transactional data if required by law).
- Location Permission: You can revoke GPS permissions from your device settings at any time, though "Live Duty" alerts may stop functioning.
